This November sees the joint transatlantic project from Self Defense Family and Goodtime Boys released in the UK through upcoming Welsh label Palm Reader Records with an extremely limited number of 700 made, a collector's item for any self-respecting fan of forward-thinking heavy music.

 SELF DEFENSE FAMILY BIO

The US-wide collective, who feature both a comic book writer and a podcast host in their ranks, are the countries finest purveyors of misanthropic, rough-around-the-edges indie rock, juxtaposing a no-fucks-given attitude with a clear taste for melody. The band were also recently announced as head support to Deathwish label-mates Touché Amoré on their upcoming December UK and EU tour, with dates listed below.

GOODTIME BOYS BIO 

The phrase 'emotional hardcore' is bandied around a lot and it would be a disservice to apply the description to Wales-via Southampton quintet Goodtime Boys, who complete this twosome. True to the title of their song, this band deal in life-affirming heavy music, complete with soaring guitar-work and though-provoking lyrics. Guitarist Lewis Johns, known for his production work with Gnarwolves and Bastions among others, is once again behind the controls, mixing and mastering the release.
