Indie/electronic four-piece Silhouettes release debut single Gold Tag through Integrity Records on 25th November 2013. You can hear the track below: 

Vocalist and songwriter Nathan describes “Gold Tag” as “a pick’n’mix bag of those sweet little achievements that happen throughout life”. The result is a selection of his life-time highs in lyrical one-liners.

With their ranks swelled for live shows by a drummer and violinist, expect a cleansing wash of swirling delays, cavernous reverbs, fizzing synth and nostalgic beats.

Influenced by the words of Bukowski and Nick Cave and sonically by the likes of John Grant, Massive Attack and Bon Iver, Silhouettes twist and turn from haunting pin-drop falsetto sparseness to pumping Moroder-esque synth pop with a beat and swagger to match their fashionable Midlands neighbours in B-Town.

Signed to UK independent Integrity Records in 2013, Silhouettes’ debut album “Ever Moving Happiness Machines” is due for release early in 2014.
