Cult Scottish singer, guitarist and writer of songs Alasdair Roberts is touring solo the UK in November and December 2017, in support of his most recent album Pangs (Drag City Records).  Following on from his spring trio tour with regular collaborators Stevie Jones (double bass, bass guitar) and Alex Neilson (drums, percussion), whose musical contributions grace the critically acclaimed Pangs album, this is a chance to hear the record's tracks in the more intimate, stripped-down setting of a solo concert.  Alasdair will also delve into his extensive back catalogue of graceful and literate original songs as well as his unique interpretations of traditional songs and ballads to deliver the intense, engaging and moving live performances for which he has been accorded the accolade of 'Scottish national treasure' (Mojo).
