I bring you some news! April is here and the band and I have a gig coming up:

It would be great if you can make it along to one of these dates; it's been a while since we were last on the road together and I'm very much looking forward to it!
 
In my last email to you, I mentioned a new record. Some of you requested a recording that portrays the live band arrangements of my songs. Well, the mission has been accomplished! On 6 February, the four of us crammed into my car and drove to Sickroom Studios, Norfolk to record a selection of songs from albums 'Light The Boats' and 'Tarry Awhile'. We set up our instruments and played the songs all together, to capture the sound we create when we play at a live gig. We then chose 6 songs and have had them mixed and mastered; they are currently in the process of being turned into The Sickle Swing EP, which is due for  official release on Sunday 5 May. However, all being well, we will be selling copies at our April shows...!
