Bands including THE LIBERTINES, JIMMY EAT WORLD and ARCHITECTS produce exclusive designs for YELLOW BIRD PROJECT Cancer Charity....
Trekstock provides social and practical support nationwide to young adults in their 20s and 30s as they live with, through and beyond cancer.
34 young adults in their 20s and 30s are told that they have cancer every day in the UK. Thanks to advances in cancer research and treatment, many of these will survive but at what cost? Many of the psychological, social, health & wellbeing and information needs of this group go unmet. Trekstock exists to fill this gap offering a bespoke service nationwide for young adults, as they live with, through, and beyond a journey that doesn’t stop when treatment for cancer ends.
The Yellow Bird Project brings together some of the best artists in the world, to raise money for Trekstock, through the sale of exclusive band tees. 100% profits from each sale directly supports young adults living with, through and beyond cancer.
The winter collection, on sale now, features original designs from internationally-celebrated artists including The Libertines, Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, Circa Waves, Birdy, Mr Scruff, Architects, Milky Chance and Timber Timbre.
All designs are on sale NOW and are available as T-shirts retailing at £22 and all-new sweatshirts at £30.
100% of all profits go directly to Trekstock. For more information visit yellowbirdproject.com
Founded in 2006, Yellow Bird Project was proudly reignited in 2017 in aid of Trekstock and calls on the world’s biggest and best music talent to design one-off, previously unseen artwork for a series of limited edition, collectable T-shirts and sweatshirts. Now a charitable initiative, Yellow Bird Project raises funds for young adults in their 20s and 30s as they live with, through and beyond cancer. The new collection, just in time for Christmas, includes nine exclusive T-shirts with original designs – ranging from hand-drawn illustrations by the artists to never before seen exclusive promotional artwork. What’s more, just in time for cosy winter evenings, the latest range also features seven all-new sweatshirts.
The winter collection joins Yellow Bird Project’s existing catalogue of designs by The National, Wolf Alice, Bloc Party, Alt-J, Everything Everything, Bastille, Bombay Bicycle Club, Bon Iver, Chvrches, FOALS, Hot Chip, Royal Blood, The Horrors, Emmy the Great and many more.
