HIGH HORSES RECENTLY RELEASED NEW SINGLE 'HOURS'....
High Horses are an electronic rock duo from Manchester producing dark synth rock with chunky guitars. The duo is made up of Stephen (piano /synths/ lead vocals) and Kieran (guitar / vocals), their new single “Hours” with acoustic B-side “ A Thousand Eyes” was out on the 26th May 2014 via official download. The "Hours" music video has an industrial feel combined with the contrasting natural life cycle which is extremely powerful ( the photo above is taken from the video).
High Horses music is atmospheric with layered cinematic electronic rock soundscapes, however they can also perform acoustically which is demonstrated by the flamenco flavoured B-side “ A Thousand Eyes”. The acoustic performances have heard them live in session at All FM 96.9 and with another upcoming in May at BBC Stoke Introducing radio who have championed them since they began. Their incredible live performances have seen them booked by Scruff Of The Neck records in Manchester, Factory and The Dublin Castle In London.
Formed in May 2013 and handpicked by Forty Six Records to record their debut EP their powerful sound has already placed them on Manchester’s legendary The Laboratory Projects “Taste Masters” album.
