Our very good friend and past performer at the Loft Live Sessions Richard James has embarked on a campaign to help fund a new EP which is to be released later this year. 

For an unsigned artist the process of making a recording can be a costly process. The song writing and demos for the EP are finished, but Richard now needs to fund the actual recording, mixing and manufacturing of the record. 

The campaign ends on August 21st and so far, he has enlisted the support of 65 people who have collectively pledged £2292.00 of the £3455.00 total required to get the project finished, he needs more and this is where you lovely people come in..... If just 77 people pledge just £15 each before 8:30pm on Sunday August 21st, he will be able to start work on the new EP.

There are loads of different packages on offer ranging from a £5 pledge which will get you a Digital Download of the EP to a £200 pledge that will see Richard rock up at your house and perform a gig for you and your friends. We've seen Richard perform live before and I can honestly say that for a singer songwriter of his calibre, you'd be looking to part with WAY more than £200 for this alone.

As an added bonus, the LOVELY kind, friendly and amazing people at The Loft Barbers in Exeter have made an offer that really is TOO GOOD TO MISS, pledge at least £15 to secure a physical copy of the new EP with your name mentioned in the credits and they will enter your details into a prize draw where you could walk away with a season ticket for the superb Loft Live Sessions, the prize alone is worth over £300 and it allows you to attend EVERY Loft Live Session for 12 months! The Loft Live Sessions are held at Higher Eggbeer in Cheriton Bishop and takes place in a medieval barn, lit by gas torches and candlelight, it casts a spell on anyone lucky enough to be in attendance. The gigs often sell out way ahead of the planned dates, if you have a season ticket, all you need to do is contact them to let them know that you'll be attending and a place will be reserved for you.
