In The Valley Below are duo Angela Gail and Jeffrey Jacob from Echo Park in LA.  Delivering hushed swirls of male and female vocals forged with dark stories of brooding and romance the band were recently signed to Capitol in the US and Ignition in the UK.  In The Valley Below received early support from Zane Lowe and Fearne Cotton at Radio 1 with UK press support coming from Notion, The Hunger and Pigeons And Planes, and in the US, the band recently performed on the prestigious Letterman show.

Following the release of the single ‘Stand Up’ last year, In The Valley Below will release their eagerly awaited debut 11-track album ‘The Belt’ in April preceded by new single ‘Peaches’.

‘Peaches’ opens with alternate teasing vocals between Angela and Jeffrey before quickly launching into an upbeat pop chorus that is addictively catchy and could well be the early sound of the summer. The brilliant video filmed at the iconic Madonna Inn in the US is wonderfully quirky and unique and remixes of ‘Peaches’ come courtesy of Passion Pit, We Love Machines and Omniflux.

In The Valley Below recently toured with White Lies in the UK and Europe along with performing at last year’s Reading & Leeds Festival and will be performing again at SXSW Festival in March following a recent sold out homecoming show at The Troubador in LA.
