LARA SNOW

Lara Snow is a singer, songwriter and an Indie-Pop artist based in Tel Aviv. In March 2020 she released her debut EP ‘Delete Forever’, in less than six months, the EP racked up over 200K streams on Spotify and over 250K plays on YouTube. It was supported by local radios and various blogs and magazines around the globe, including the taste maker - KALTBLUT Magazine, that premiered her single ‘Swim Far’.

Now, Lara Snow returns with a Stripped Version of ‘Wild Sea’, her most personal & intimate song to date, taken from her debut EP ‘Delete Forever’.

“All my songs are very personal, but with ‘Wild Sea’ I truly feel like my heart is out there for
everyone to hold”, Snow says. “It is the story of a poisoned relationship and a great heartbreak.”

This version of the song was recorded live in her living room, during the first lockdown at the height of the Covid pandemic. ‘Wild Sea’ shows the songstress at her most fragile state.

“Staying at home for such a long time during the pandemic, made me reach inside and look for a deeper meaning and a deeper truth. To return to the most basic instincts and habits, rediscover the joy in little things. Suddenly without stages to play I found myself returning to where it all began - my voice and a piano.”

This version of ‘Wild Sea’ comes in preparation for Lara’s sophomore EP that is planned for release in 2022.

PLAIN NAVY

PLAIN NAVY have signed to 42’s Records and releases their new single, ‘LIVIN’ ALONE’ on Friday 3rd December.

The young alt rockers are the new big noise out of Saddleworth, on the Manchester side of the Pennines, overlooking the great city, an area that’s produced more than its fair share of indie talent inc. Johnny Brown & Twisted Wheel, Jake Fletcher (Cupids), & members of Inspiral Carpets.

Formed in 2018, they sold out their first headline performance in Manchester and have self-released 2 previous singles and see this latest release as a ‘step up’ from previous ,material, showcasing a more solid sound.

Vocalist Euge Taylor said of the track, “‘Livin’ Alone’ was inspired by the sense of isolation, boredom and creeping mental health concerns of many people, in lockdown. It’s about wanting to be back in live music venues and clubs, having a good time with other people, when you suddenly can’t - which was a massive shock to our generation.”

PLAIN NAVY are:
Euge Taylor: Vocals, Guitar
Gabe Taylor: Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals
Will Tierney: Bass
Dan Dalzell: Drums
