5ON5
For too long we were told not to go dancing together. But now that it’s time again (is it?), these four different artists known as 5ON5 don’t want to dance anymore…..
5ON5 are a German quartet who create dynamic electro pop which commands your attention and keeps you in check for their next offering, their latest track ‘Don’t Dance’ is a cheeky, hooky mix of electro pop with its melodic rap and other surprising elements (be sure to listen to it all the way through for the full effect).
Without asking, ‘Don’t Dance’ creates a soothing, cozy but energising atmosphere that we’re really going to need in 2022, think of it as an electro comfort blanket that you can just pull up to your face, snuggle into and feel safe during these difficult times. It’s one of those songs that you want to hear everywhere, all the time, especially during these cooler climes because it turns the gloomy winter fatigue into a feeling of lively freshness - and all of a sudden, we will all start dancing into the next season….
Keep up to date with the band’s whereabouts via their socials below.

Sean David Christensen
Sean is an artist who works in music & film. His work has been featured at the Hammer Museum, SXSW, San Francisco International Film Festival, and Pictoplasma Berlin. His art has been presented online with Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, SPIN, Vogue, and his experimental documentary ‘The Duel’, based on a true story by actress Lili Taylor, was named a Vimeo Staff Pick in 2018. Amy R. Handler of Moving Pictures has called his filmmaking "Brilliant...fragile & hypnotic," and Sundance Award-winning director Jay Rosenblatt has described Christensen's short films as, "Evocative...they do what many short films fail to do, make you wish they were longer." Christensen lives & works in Los Angeles.
Upon asking Sean David Christensen about his latest track ‘I Miss The Old You’, he replied, “This is a very personal song to me, relating to the sense of loss you feel after a relationship has withered and you can no trace when things began to drift away from what you remembered. Or maybe that person was never who you thought they were, and you were the one who changed.”
When asked if the track was based on a personal experience, SDC offered, “I don’t think the lyrics are about a specific person. Maybe they are, unconsciously, and I’ll realize it years later. Maybe it’s about me? I do confess that I sink into heavy feelings when I sense a chapter is about to close and I’m about to lose someone for good. But the grief that comes with trying to hold on to somebody, or a memory of who you wanted them to be, is unbearable. I’ve felt that before. “Can’t we just get together/Smile so easy like it meant forever,” is not always that easy. You can’t go back once things start to change.”
What started off as a folk/country remix of "Old You," a pop song by SDC’s band Maggie Dave, he soon gathered enough of his own personal reflections to bring the song to life as a solo song. Co-written and produced by John C. Schroeder and Ross Garren, their musicianship and lyrical sense of rhythmic remembrance really let the arrangement flower into something very special and totally unexpected.
It truly is a fabulous track that slowly builds and leaves you with a really healthy glow about you, despite the subject matter which could have had the opposite effect, a sure fire sign that Sean David Christensen can certainly pen a decent tune! Check him out via his social links below.

Rassix
Rassix is a Danish EDM DJ based in Bristol and is in pursuit of major goals in his music career.
Being heavily influenced by artists such as Avicii and Tiësto, Rassix has got many tricks up his sleeve to get people dancing.
Since the days of old, DJ’s have played an important part in parties, nightclubs, or festivals, where party goers go to have fun and shake their bodies to the beats and songs the DJ spins. If a DJ is brilliant and skilled, they simply arrange the tunes in a way that makes the people on the floor start tapping their feet. A DJ’s presence is always felt and is the pivotal source of entertainment at a party or event. Their arrangement of songs and music is what makes the people boisterous. In simple words, if there is energy in the party, that comes right from the corner where the DJ is present with their decks.
The Danish DJ and producer possess a massive passion for electronic music. He has produced a wide variety of tracks that fit into genres such as future house, pop, Brazilian bass and progressive house under the alias Rassix.
He possesses colossal knowledge of music composition and mixing with a tremendous understanding of multiple genres of music. He is handsomely skilled in arranging electronic dance music, besides, he has a solid knowledge of live mixing as a DJ.

Savanna Blu
Savanna Blu is a solo artist, songwriter and performer who counts Taylor Swift, Maisie Peters, Julia Michaels, Paramore, Henry Jamison, Lorde, dodie, Phoebe Bridgers, P!NK, for KING & COUNTRY, Jewel, Alanis Morissette, The Beatles and hundreds of other acts as influences.
Her latest track "Something To Cry About" marks the first Step in a different direction for Savanna Blu from her previous releases, Upon listening, it's very direct that the track is told from the perspective of a devastated ego & a broken heart. It's from the perspective of someone who consistently sought out the best in a really damaged circumstance, doing whatever it took, all for the sake of keeping things in tact.
This song marks as documentation for that transition into finally allowing oneself to place blame where blame is due, and to do it entirely guilt-free.
“Something to Cry About” was recorded & produced with Juan Mallorca out of Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Savanna Blu is an artist worth keeping an eye on as we feel that 2022 is going to be the year where she is catapulted into the mainstream and with her latest track, this may just be the right time.

Having released her first single, ‘Didn’t Even Try’ in 2014, and now with seven singles and an EP under her belt, Christine has spent the years exploring the unlimited possibilities of her creativity and the freedom potential of her music, both as a solo act and in collaboration with other artists.

Peter Cat
PETER CAT is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist from Glasgow, Scotland, who has been making lyrical, ornamental pop music in this guise since 2015 while dressed like that mildly attractive supply teacher you once had for Higher Geography.
Peter Cat's wryly humorous, studiously crafted songs are as likely to appeal to fans of John Grant, Gus Dapperton and XTC as they are to disappoint anyone looking for a comprehensive explanation of glacial erosion.
Peter Cat's debut LP, 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝘼𝘾𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙀 𝙐𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙐𝙉𝘿, was released on November 6th, 2020. 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝘼𝙂𝙐𝙎, Peter Cat's sophomore EP, follows on March 4th, 2022, with lead single 'Melon Dating Simulator' having racked up transatlantic airplay on the BBC and Amazing Radio.
Despite the clear evolution from the guitar-pop of The Saccharine Underground, singer & songwriter Graham Gillespie's sonorous baritone ensures a strong continuity between The Magus and its predecessor. Gillespie is in possession (for the next few years, anyway) of a commanding, dramatic voice that recalls the likes of John Grant and Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy; and the lyrics are as literate, sharp. brittle, and candid as ever here.
We just played ‘Melon Dating Simulator!!’, the title itself was enough to get us interested in this immensely talented individual who doesn’t have to try hard at all to command your attention. One to watch? you betcha by golly wow he is, get involved and check out his socials below and show him the love that he deserves.
