Dead Flesh are a five-piece deathcore band from Hertfordshire. Formed in 2021, Rich, Chris, Mike, Adam, and Nelly come from an experienced background of musical talent and the ambition to bring their unique deathcore sound, hellish lyrics, and breakneck energy to a wide audience across the UK.
Speaking about the EP, they continued:
""Dehumanise" is a personal dive into misery, depression, and the state of the world in its current form. Dead Flesh bring five tracks of brutality that give a stark representation of personal struggle."
The band recently released the video for the song 'Bodies Upon Bodies' and had this to say about the track:
“You'll have heard us play ‘Bodies Upon Bodies’ if you've seen us live before. It's a protest song, a direct f*** you to the people who are currently in charge of running this country, their complacency towards the climate crisis and their attempts to weaponize protesting. Fitting with some of the themes of the upcoming EP, I'm p***ed and pretty miserable with the state of this country. But on the plus side it's a hell of a good song for a circle pit!”
The band released their first self-titled single 'Dead Flesh' in 2022, after working with Justin Hill (SikTh), and became finalists in Hitchin's Metal 2 the Masses, after less than a year of performing together.
