Punk Rock quartet SCREECH BATS release ‘Wish You Were Her’ EP which explores real-life issues
Following the music video release for their ‘Get Better’, London quartet Screech Bats released their sophomore EP, ‘Wish You Were Her’ on 30th March,2018.
About women who no longer in her life, but still impact it- as vocalist Esme Baker explains- this gritty rock piece is a darker follow-up to 2016’s self-titled extended play.
Lyrically darker and with songs that are more dynamic, the EP reflects the sound of the punk rockers who have now been together for 2.5 years.
Covering a range of thought provoking real-life issues that takes on the journey of a person’s life – starting from one night stands to ending relationships, mental health and recovery to settling down, aging, death and grief.
