EXCLUSIVE - Manchester's GHOSTS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS to release 'Love Potion', check it out here....

'Love Potion' is one half of the debut AA single by new Manchester band Ghosts Of Social Networks.

Produced by Gavin Monaghan (Editors, Scott Matthews, Robert Plant, Paolo Nutini), it's a dark tale of unrequited love and the use of alcohol as a way of getting close to someone.

With influences from The National to The Jesus & Mary Chain, the sound is still one which proudly captures an essential Manchester vibe.

She lives life on the edge of oblivion.
She wants to spread her wings
and fly far away.

She only wants me when she's had a drink,
when she's too messed up to think.
She moves like poetry in motion
so I fix another love potion.

She never lets me in and it's cold outside.
I can see her suffering,
that's why her heart is shut.
But there's no reason to hide
that beautiful pearl inside.
I want to open her up
and watch her soul erupt.

My beautiful demise,
my angel in disguise.
With glass flower eyes
and fingers of the damned.

We're all on the town tonight.
All looking for a fight.
I see a little flicker of emotion
so I fix another love potion.
