THE BIG FEASTIVAL takes place at Alex James’ farm in the heart of the Cotswolds over the Bank Holiday Weekend (27th - 29th AUGUST 2021) and features some incredible bands such as SIGALA, NILE RODGERS & CHIC, RAG ‘N BONE MAN, TOM WALKER, TOM GRENNAN and ELLA EYRE to name just a few.

I thought it would be good to step away from the delights of the main stage and check out a few bands and artists appearing on the BBC INTRODUCING that you should definitely try and catch.

With live music events kicking off again in the very near future, I am looking to build a small army of passionate people who are willing and able to get to shows, write about them, take photos, create blog posts and generally give me a helping hand in keeping the musomuso platform alive and kicking.

Scores’ core members are veteran musicians: brothers Austin and Alexander Ward have performed in internationally touring alternative rock bands Hembree since 2016 and The Noise FM since 2005; CJ Calhoun is songwriter and vocalist in cult-favorite indie group Cowboy Indian Bear and releases solo music as Bonzo Madrid. The three musicians first crossed paths while living and performing in Lawrence, Kansas -- longtime mecca of indie music in the United States Midwest -- becoming fast friends then roommates. The three had long talked about creating music together, but it wasn’t until a month-long backpacking trip through Europe that Scores came into existence and the songs of Vol. 1 began to take shape.

Lonely Guest is releasing on the newly relaunched label False Idols. This single features the voice of Joe Talbot (IDLES front man), Marta who is known for her work and live performances with Tricky, and a verse and production from Tricky himself.

Drug Store Romeos will embark on an in-store and headline tour, will play their biggest headline show to date at London’s Scala on 17 November – tickets are available HERE - and will support Black Country, New Road across Europe later this year.

BOB VYLAN announces the 'We Live Here' July UK headline tour in association with The National Lottery’s as part of the revive live scheme in partnership with Music venue trust

The band will play Northampton Roadmender on 23rd July and Bristol SWX on 24th July ahead of their Latitude Festival headline slot on 25th July.

Tickets go on sale Friday 9th July and will be available here. They will headline London’s All Points East Festival later in the summer on 30th August.
