Ahead of his forthcoming album IT COMES IN THE MORNING, IT HANGS IN THE EVENING SKY set for release on November 25th via Xtra Mile Recordings, we caught up with TOM JENKINS to chat about him, his music, the new record, meeting his heroes and shearing sheep……read on to find out how we got on.

Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls rolled into Bristol O2 on the penultimate date of this leg of the ‘never-ending tour of everywhere 2022’ tour before a short break....... then he starts again in Germany and Austria at the end of the year. Then its a well earned Christmas rest before starting all over again for another load of dates across the UK in Jan and Feb (tickets on sale now). He certainly is one of the hardest working musicians on the circuit right now and has been making up for the Covid hiatus that must have drove him mad.

With queues around the O2 Academy 30 minutes before the doors opened, it was clear that tonight’s near sold out show from The Amazons was going to be one hell fo a spectacle, read on to see how we got on….

The 1975 are back with their new album Being Funny In A Foreign Language which was recorded in England and the United States. Although the record nods back to their earlier work, it is clear that they have progressed greatly since their early days and the quality of musicianship and more importantly, songwriting really shines through on this, their fifth studio offering.
