Talisker is a refreshing youthful alternative Folk band comprised of harp, violin, keys, drums, and vocal harmonies. We are a Devon-based band and write our own original gypsy cabaret folk music with a hint of other world music genres such as reggae, Traditional Folk shanties jigs and reels.
Talisker is building a strong dedicated following and perform regularly at festivals such as Brixham Pirate Festival, Summer Moon Festival, and Lemonfest and are booked to play Bradninch Music Festival in 2019. Talisker has supported well-known alternative folk bands such as Coco and the Butterfields and Gentlemen of Few.
