Producer duo H A R T E B E E S T chose to leave London to return to their native island, where they found their voice living in isolation. Finding themselves surrounded by open seas and powerful weather patterns, the duo began producing tracks with a darker side of pop that incorporate their own blend of EDM created in a minimal home studio.

Led by analogue synths and R’n’B falsetto vocals, the track follows minimal hip-hop beats and dreamy guitar landscapes. The result is a breath-taking adulterate that is both nostalgic and contemporary.

The self-directed video for their debut, simply titled ‘death.’, is a graceful portrayal of an everyman’s abandonment of suburban modernity. A nobody finding escape in something extraordinary.
