Acclaimed musician, songwriter and performer Andrew Combs, will be releasing a brand new record All These Dreams, on the 26th January via Loose Music. The news comes with the announcement that Combs will be supporting the American renegade Justin Townes Earle on his full stint of UK dates in early 2015.
All These Dreams will be the Texan-born troubadour's sophomore album, following his praised début album Worried Man in 2012. The first track to be released of the new material is the social media spearing single, “Foolin’", which has just been premièred at Rolling Stone Country.
Combs explains the song tackles: “social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram that allow us to create a public profile of the "coolest" version of ourselves, when what is portrayed might not be at all who we are.” Combining the modern lyrical song topic with a louche alt-country swagger akin to that of Ryan Adams, the song is just one of many tracks from the All These Dreams that sees Andrew Combs bring a truly contemporary take on the classic Nashville sound.
The UK tour will see Combs open up proceedings at the Gateshead Caedmon Hall on January the 18th, before going on to play a series of venues across Britain ending with a final UK pit stop at London's Union Chapel, before parting ways again.
UK tour starts January 18th - Full dates are listed below. 'All The Dreams' released January 26th.
