The Rock don’t stop for Broken Chords. After smashing Hard Rock Hell Ibiza and Brighton’s Great Escape Festival with their high-octane, power-infused brand of hard rock riff anthems, these three lads are getting their axes ready for a set of UK tour dates with some epic contemporaries.
October 2014 sees Broken Chords head out with guitar legend Bernie Torme – whose career includes playing with Ozzy Osbourne and Ian Gillan. After a massively successful pledge music campaign to fund a new album, Bernie Torme is hitting up the UK with Broken Chords on board.
After that, it just keeps going. The band then join acclaimed Australian classic rockers Electric Mary, back in the UK as the first leg of a European tour.
Alongside slaying audiences, Broken Chords will be promoting a new album. Self titled and due for release in the autumn, the record was produced by Gez Walton (Skindred, Blackstorm, The King Blues). Lead single ‘Get Some’ was released in June – it’s Hammond-infused British rock at its riffiest and heaviest, referencing the world-dominating sounds of Led Zeppelin and Cream while also displaying a contemporary punkish attitude. It's classic rock with a twist - classic rock for right now. The tracks video features the stunning tattoo models Cervena Fox and Shelly D’Inferno, perfectly accompanying the bands sexy hard rock sound and attitude.
‘Get Some’ is out now. Check out the video (feat: Cervena Fox and Shelly D’Inferno) below:
