International Busking Day is returning this year on Saturday, 16 July, at Wembley Park, London. International Busking Day is a great opportunity to support some of the hottest musical talent from the UK and further afield. There are going to be over 120 performers in total performing across 10 outdoor stages. Performances are located in close proximity to Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena Wembley. If you haven't yet discovered this part of London, now is the time!
International Busking Day will also feature street performers across a variety of disciplines, including music, dance and circus arts. Expect to be wowed by escape artist Tianna The Traveller and the magical Sweden's Got Talent's Charlie Caper. Little Stars Circus School is bringing their entire school plus professional performers to provide a whole day of aerial performance too. This truly is an event for people aged 4 to 104 and what's more, it's totally free.
Music artists include electric string quartet Stringfever and Malawian busker Gasper Nali. Leeds-based indie band The Dunwells will be performing on the Main Stage to get the crowd going before the amazing headliners - British country duo The Shires and folk singer-songwriter Seth Lakeman.
