For years, The Rosadocs have been steadily building something special in Sheffield. Through packed grassroots venues, relentless touring and an ever-growing catalogue of emotionally charged indie anthems, the four-piece have earned their reputation the hard way. Now, with a major record deal secured, a debut album taking shape and an extensive UK tour on the horizon, the band stand poised at the beginning of what could be their most significant chapter yet.
Fresh from a breakthrough summer that saw them play to a capacity crowd on Tramlines' main stage and appear at some of the UK's most celebrated festivals, The Rosadocs have announced a nationwide autumn tour that will take their soaring indie-rock sound to audiences across England and Scotland.
Beginning in St Albans on 14 October, the tour will see the Sheffield outfit visit a string of revered independent venues, including Bristol's Thekla, York's The Crescent, Hebden Bridge's Trades Club, Birmingham's O2 Institute 2 and Edinburgh's Cabaret Voltaire. Along the way, they'll be joined by a selection of emerging talent, including Leazes, Harriet Rose and Shambolics.
The headline dates arrive on the back of an extraordinary period of momentum for the band. Earlier this year, The Rosadocs fulfilled a lifelong ambition by selling out Sheffield's Octagon, a milestone that followed previous hometown triumphs and confirmed their ability to connect with audiences far beyond South Yorkshire.
Their 2025 EP, The City's No Good for Reflection, showcased the qualities that have become central to their appeal: huge, singalong choruses wrapped around honest, distinctly Northern storytelling. Tracks such as "In The Storm" have helped propel the band from local favourites to one of the most talked-about emerging names on the UK's indie circuit.
That progress has now been recognised with the announcement that The Rosadocs have signed to Tri-Tone/Republic of Music. The label and management company boasts an impressive pedigree, having worked with artists including The Coral, Jamie Webster, Red Rum Club, The Lathums, Slow Readers Club and Badly Drawn Boy. For a band preparing to release its debut album, the partnership represents a significant next step.
Despite the growing attention, frontman Keelan Graney remains grounded. Reflecting on recent achievements, he describes 2026 as the first time the band have truly paused to appreciate how far they've come. Yet there is little sense of complacency. If anything, the success of sold-out shows and festival appearances has only strengthened the band's determination to keep pushing forward.
That attitude is reflected in the forthcoming tour. While festival main stages and large venue appearances have become increasingly familiar territory, The Rosadocs are returning to the intimate rooms that helped shape them. A pair of special hometown shows at Sheffield's Crookes Social Club promises to bring things full circle, offering fans the chance to experience a band on the rise in a much more personal setting.
Adding further intrigue to the autumn run, The Rosadocs will also support fellow Sheffield favourites Milburn at major shows in London, Leeds and Manchester. It's a fitting pairing. Both bands emerged from the city's thriving guitar scene, and sharing stages with one of Sheffield's most beloved indie success stories underlines just how far The Rosadocs have come.
Yet even as the tour gathers momentum, one eye is firmly fixed on the future. Work continues on the band's debut album, with new material currently taking shape behind the scenes. Details remain under wraps for now, but the combination of a new record deal, a growing national following and an ambitious touring schedule suggests The Rosadocs are only just getting started.
For a band that has built its reputation through hard work, authenticity and an unwavering connection to its audience, this autumn feels less like a victory lap and more like the start of something much bigger.
