ULTRA MONO, the follow up to JOY AS AN ACT OF RESISTANCE is released today and IDLES are set for a busy time ahead.
With a 90% sold out UK tour, they recently announced European dates which are selling well, they also announced 11 dates as a ‘Record Store Tour’ where you can see them in Hull, Southampton, Portsmouth, Oxford, Dundee, Brighton, Leeds, Oxford and London before they play 2 dates in Bristol.
I received my copy of the album recently and having given it a few listens, their new approach to songwriting is starting to embed itself into my ear canal, I am certainly looking forward to hearing the new material played live next year.
