Sometimes it takes a fresh name to remind you that a compelling voice accompanied just by an acoustic guitar is all you need to make a good track. Kelvin Jones is the living proof; a home made video and music production was enough to showcase his talent. "Call You Home" landed on YouTube last January and received more than a million views in 24 hours and seems enough to acknowledge his impressive song writing skills and voice. What's even more impressive about Kelvin Jones is that the 20 year-old man is a self-taught guitar player who first laid his hands on a guitar just 5 years ago.

Quite recently he released his debut single "Closer" via Epic Records and Four Music. Soft and soulful vocals accompanied by adept acoustic guitar riffs build a simplistic pop tune with a bluesy touch that will keep you grooving during the summer nights.

Kelvin Jones will release his first full album later this year. We will be looking forward for more sweet-sounding melodies from this extraordinary talented young man!
