"'Two Of A Kind' came to life from a drum and bass loop Adrian, the guitarist of the band, wrote in his bedroom. Influenced by the energy of a recent concert of The Smile in Berlin, he filled the track with a driving baseline and a grooving rhythm. Diving into the complex emotions surrounding parental relationships, the song explores the depth of unresolved issues and unspoken nuances. With different beliefs and mentalities, tension mounts until eventually it can't go any higher. Through its raw honesty, 'Two Of A Kind' captures the essence of family dynamics with both vulnerability and strength."
BLŪMĒ is an alternative rock band based in Berlin, founded in 2022 by Noah Lahn, Adrián Cantú, Samuel Bergmann, and later joined by Simon Henschen. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Radiohead, The Strokes, and Queens of The Stone Age, this German-Mexican group tackles various issues prevalent in modern society. Their exploration encompasses themes like mental health, relationship challenges, the ever-evolving digital landscape, and substance abuse.
