The track recalls influences from Josh Ritter, Cherry Ghost and Bruce Springsteen. It was produced by James Lewis who has worked with Rae Morris, Kristina Train and Superfood. Players on the EP include Ronan McCullagh on guitar, Matthew McKeon on keyboard, bass is Carl Stanbridge, whose credits include working with blues guitarist Matt Schofield and on drums Evan Jenkins (hailing from contemporary jazz outfit, the Neil Cowley Trio)

Not long after his birth in Paris, Patrick’s family moved to Ireland where he grew up in a rich tradition of songwriters that began to mould his view on music. Patrick learned his craft listening to influences from home like Glen Hansard and Josh Ritter as well as sounds from overseas like David Bowie and The Band. Growing up in Ireland Patrick played in prog rock bands, punk bands, blues bands, pop bands before settling on a singer songwriter style. These experiences helped form the story told in MTV Dream
Unable to resist the allure of a culture rich city and travel Patrick relocated to London in 2006. Since then he has gigged extensivelyaround London, released singles and EPs, and won accolades like reaching the regional semi finals of the Surface Unsigned Competition.He can now be found gigging tirelessly up and down the country to promote his new single MTV Dream.
