Los Bitchos step into a new era with “Hang Up (Pt 2)” — A borderless, sun‑drenched collaboration

July 29, 2026

Los Bitchos have never been a band you could pin to one place, one tradition, or one tidy genre box, but their next chapter looks set to push that spirit even further. Fresh off the back of Let The Festivities Begin! and last year’s Talkie Talkie, the London‑based trio return with “Hang Up (Pt 2)”, the first glimpse of an upcoming studio album built around collaboration, vocalists and global musical exchange.

“Hang Up (Pt 2)” feat. Adrian Quesada and Sinkane - listen HERE / watch HERE

The single is a bright, funk‑driven burst of sunshine, created in partnership with Adrian Quesada (Black Pumas, Brownout) and Sinkane, whose groove‑heavy rhythms and soulful harmonies slot seamlessly into Los Bitchos’ technicolour instrumental world. It’s a track that feels like a postcard from everywhere at once, tight guitar lines, cinematic soul flourishes, and a rhythmic pulse that refuses to sit still.

What’s striking is how naturally this collaboration fits into the band’s DNA. Los Bitchos have always thrived on cultural collision: Serra Petale’s Australian‑Turkish heritage, Josefine Jonsson’s Swedish basslines, and Nic Crawshaw’s British rhythmic backbone have long shaped their borderless sound. Now, they’re opening that door wider, inviting guest vocalists from across the globe to join the party.

The forthcoming album (details still under wraps), promises to expand their universe in bold, celebratory ways. It’s positioned not just as a record, but as a statement about shared humanity and the idea that music becomes most alive when traditions meet, mingle and dance. As the band put it themselves: “If we don’t learn from each other, we can’t progress.”

“Hang Up (Pt 2)” embodies that ethos completely. Euphoric production, soulful harmonies, and a sense of curiosity that feels baked into every note. It’s Los Bitchos stepping confidently into a collaborative future without losing the infectious, party‑starting spirit that made them such a joy in the first place.

The video, directed by Kieron Banerji and Callum Baker at Finetuned adds another layer of colour to the release, capturing the track’s sun‑drenched energy with playful, psychedelic flair.

With more news on the album coming soon, “Hang Up (Pt 2)” is a tantalising first step into a new era for Los Bitchos, one defined by connection, creativity and a refusal to stay in one lane.
