As anyone one wise enough to have caught a show throughout the ‘In Love’ campaign will attest – on the road is where Peace thrive. This footage, expertly shot by Jonnie Craig at the Birmingham show in December, goes someway to capturing the essence of seeing Peace live and the youthful abandon with which their ever-growing crowds of fans get involved.
So here we are – only one year since the debut album and they’re already forging ahead with album #2; something fans can keep abreast of here: www.peacelandworld.com. In celebration – and in true Peace fashion – they’re heading back out on tour taking in towns and cities they couldn’t visit in December. They open this run of shows headlining Dot to Dot – a festival they also played in 2012 at the other end of the bill. Similarly, this summer they’ll grace the main stage at Reading & Leeds, where last year they packed out the NME tent with an early afternoon slot.
