Platinum selling Rizzle Kicks whose two albums, “Stereo Typical” and “Roaring 20s” have established the duo as one of the most inspiring and refreshing acts to emerge from Britain in recent years, release their brand new single 'Tell Her' on August 11th through Island Records. The single, 3 minutes and 20 seconds of sun shining, tree splitting, young love chasing pop magic, finds Jordan and Harley singing an entire Rizzle Kicks song for the first time. Watch out for the boys starring alongside French Open winning tennis champion Maria Sharapova in a video for “Tell Her” which was live on Evian’s Youtube channel from June 23rd.
The past few months have been particularly full on for Harley and Jordan. Harley has just finished filming his very first starring role in director Gabe Turner’s (Class of ’92) eagerly awaited new film “The Guvnors”. The film also stars Doug Allen and David Essex, will be premiering at the Edinburgh Film Festival, and is set for nationwide release on August 28th. Jordan meanwhile has been filming his first starring role in E4’s brand new crime drama series Glue. Written by BAFTA winning writer Jack Thorne (This Is England, Skins) “Glue” is a wild thrilling murder mystery ride through the English countryside. The series, 8 x 1 hour episodes, is due to hit screens in September.
