Yes folks, it is finally time to decorate your hair with flowers, load up on cider and head out to one of the finest Summer festivals that England has to offer, Beautiful Days is here....
I spent last night getting bits and piece together for the 3 day event, although this year, we're not camping so will be travelling home every night for a good nights sleep in our own bed's prior to waking refreshed, without a bad back and struggling to find the emergency packet of paracetamol in the backpack!
We have packed everything required for whatever conditions we may encounter, it saddens me to see that it has been raining now for the past 3 days solid, still, I guess some mud always makes for interesting shots and once you're wet, you can't really get any wetter so hey ho, get your wellies on, pull on a poncho and go live the festival dream for the next 72 hours....
We'll be covering as many of the bands as possible over the next 3 days, we'll have someopne posted at the Main Stage and the Big Top and I dare say that I'll be getting around to the other stages throughout the weekend. If you see a couple of people with unfeasibly large camera lenses, stop us and say hello, we would love to grab a picture of you, enjoying the festival and it may even appear in the gallery that we'll be putting together early next week.
Nothing more to say, have a good time, I'm sure the music and theatre will keep you all entertained, eat lots, drink more and be merry!
