I’m actually struggling to think about what to write in these intro sections of the playlists, I guess doing one a week was okay but when you’re pumping them out every couple of days, you end up thinking about the same things each time and it starts to get a bit repetitive, maybe I’ll start to throw in random stuff like shopping lists and recipe ideas to give you something else to read rather than me emptying my head at the end of a hard day’s work!
So my lovelies, what have we in store for you on this, the 24th edition of the musomusofm on the radar playlist? You can expect some killer new tracks from acts including May Roze, Lavender Honey, Salvatore Manalo and Toyz to name just 4 of the 9 acts included.
Below the playlist, you will find information on our featured artists, whilst you listen to the wonderful music, why not have a browse and if you see something you like, let them know, they’ll thank you!
See you on the other side.

As she was tired of feeling like the victim of her own life, May wrote “Heal” to take back her power - this track is a mental, emotional and sonic rebirth.

She has been featured in many blogs such as Gigsoup, The Yorkshire Times, A&R Factory, Neon Music, Vents Magazine, The playground, Discovernü, Iggy Magazine and in playlists such as Radio Hits 2022, Release radar, and many other playlists.

Salvatore Manalo
Salvatore Manalo is a singer/songwriter and producer based in Portland, Oregon. His songwriter fuses honest storytelling with musical complexity to create an amalgamation of pop, soul and R&B that is refreshing yet familiar
Blending smooth, jazzy brass with melodies that could be straight out of a 90s R&B track, Salvatore Manalo showcases a soothing, soulful sound that is as dreamy as the title would suggest. Ethereal harmonies and reverberated piano create an elegant soundscape, building up to an infectious chorus with uplifting rhythms that are sure to get your feet moving.
Talking about the new track, Salvatore Manalo shares: “I wanted to write something larger than life and ended up producing a large portion of this track in one day. I kept hearing the chorus in my head and decided to write about the dreamlike state of being with the people you care about. I sent over the track to my friend Matt Brewster to lay a proper bass track here in Portland, my buddy Trevor Lund who was on a cruise ship to put some brass on, and the talented Jenni Rudoph to do harmonies down in LA. “

A budding rapper and recording artist currently working out of Atlanta, Malik Corleone is among the upper echelon of rising talent coming out of the gateway city to the south. Growing up in New York, street corner cyphers were a regular part of his youth. Malik recalls rapping on the corner in the Bronx for dollars and spare change at just 8 years old.
