These dates follow a recent string of sold out UK headline acoustic shows, as well as an appearance at Download Festival 2021. He will also be supporting Frank Turner at The Roundhouse on September 17th.

For those of you not in the know, the New Lion Brewery was active between 1850 – 1926 and at its peak, owned 26 pubs which served its award winning beers. Fast forward to 2013, a passionate group of Totnesians brought the brewery back to life when they started to brew beer once again to boost the local economy. A new brewery was built on Station Road in Totnes and has since moved to Webbers Yard in Dartington where they have the capacity to produce 45 barrels of beer per week. In addition to their 3 basic beers, they have also been working with local businesses and community groups to create experimental and one-off beers such as a pumpkin ale, a chilli beer and even a mushroom stout. The brewery now has approximately 270 shareholders.

Jack Savoretti returns with a wonderful new album that arrives complete with its own genre, Europiana. Put on your dancing shoes for the funky first single, the disco fuelled ‘Who’s Hurting Who’, featuring Nile Rodgers.

As much as I love the immediacy and accessibility of a good single, there is nothing quite like a nice, cohesive album to sink your teeth into. If you are hungry for a deep, quality album to get lost in, Remayn’s ‘Him Always. Them Sometimes. Her Forever’ is one such album. It has plenty of atmospheric music to send you into pure, euphoric levitation.

It is an incredible time in history for music. If you can think it up, it probably exists. If it doesn’t, you can buy some equipment, watch some YouTube videos, learn how to create it yourself, and then post it to soundcloud for free. With so much for the consumer to choose from, it can be difficult to stand out. Up-and-coming artist Laura Greaves does not have that problem. Her creepy-crawly club music has been on my radar for a while now and she has hit the jackpot with ‘Psychopath’.
