We caught up with Chris Cleverley to chat about his recently released 4th album ‘Broadcast the Secret Verse’, his UK tour, his recording process, sexism in the industry and which new artists are currently on his personal playlist, read on for more…..

After finding out that one of my fave South West based bands (Colour TV) were supporting Mike Joyce (The Smiths drummer) when he performs a DJ set at the New Lion Brewery in Dartington on December 3rd, I got in touch with Sam Durneen, singer of the aforementioned and threw a bunch of questions at him to ponder. He was quick to reply, take a read through and see if his responses make you laugh as much as they did me….

Acclaimed artist Sounds Like Lily, fronted by 18-year-old sensation Lily Mackay has announced the release of her debut EP, Glad I Met Ya. The seven-track offering was released on Thursday 10th November via Spotify and all streaming platforms.

After a barnstorming performance at the legendary SHIIINE ON Festival, DUB PISTOLS took to the main stage at Exeter Phoenix to showcase tracks from their highly anticipated forthcoming long player ‘Frontline’.

David Lewis Gedge, the founding member of The Wedding Present embarked on a UK tour to promote his latest volume of his autobiographical comic-book memoir ‘Something or Nothing - Tales from The Wedding present Volume 2’.

We were there to listen to him talk, watch him perform and meet him after the show to chat about the book, read on to see how the evening unfolded.

Produced by long term collaborator Simon Ellis (Spice Girls, S Club 7, Westlife). Conrad is based in Newcastle. Pete is from Derbyshire and is a solo artist and singer with a band called Giant Silent World.

He and Conrad met online and, with a shared passion for 80’s beat driven indie, put their head together to create a song. "One Mistake” is the result!

TAKEN FROM NEW ALBUM: ‘THAT DOG DON’T HUNT’ SET FOR RELEASE 25 NOVEMBER, VIA ITZA RECORDS

Set for release on Friday 9th December via Partisan, Five Years of Brutalism will be re-issued on limited cherry-red vinyl with alternative artwork. The digital package will feature the entire set from their surprise performance from the BBC Introducing Stage at this year’s Glastonbury.

We've been following and supporting Kid Apollo since 'Wrong Foot Forward' in October 2021 and we're happy to cover his new EP 'Four Fires'.

Ahead of the release of the book on November 19th, we caught up with the author to chat about the project, how he got involved and what he loves so much about this very interesting musical genre.

On the 8th of November, Chris Cleverley starts his UK tour supporting the release of his fourth album 'Broadcast The Secret Verse' taking to the stage in venues across England and Scotland. And although he’ll be travelling as far as Glasgow, Hull, Colchester and Somerset from his native Bedford, Chris will be taking the album back to the place where it was born - Totnes, for a live show on Friday 18th November.

Following the release of her first solo album 'The Flow', we caught up with Montreal-based indie pop singer Halde to chat about her past band Groenland, influences and her dream collaboration.
