After three decades of carving out their own lane in progressive, story‑driven rock, Little King hit the road this March for their Lente Viviente Tour — a run that took them across New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and even over the border for a surprise pop‑up show in Mexico. Now, the Phoenix‑based trio are giving fans a deeper look at the chaos, camaraderie and creativity that fuelled the journey.
The band have released a full tour diary, complete with videos, road stories, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and live performance clips captured throughout the run. It’s a candid look at life on the move — the highs, the headaches, the gratitude, and the grit that keep Little King pushing forward. Read the full blog HERE
Alongside the diary, Little King have also unveiled a brand‑new live‑to‑tape studio video for “Keyboard Soldier”, recorded during a March 5 rehearsal at Strange Daze Studios in El Paso, TX. Originally featured on their 2021 album Amuse De Q., the track gets a raw, immediate new treatment that captures the band’s current chemistry with striking clarity.
Formed in 1997, Little King’s recent tour pulled from across their eight‑album catalogue — a body of work defined by thoughtful lyricism, dynamic arrangements and an emotional core that continues to resonate with audiences of all ages. Their latest album, Lente Viviente (released September 2025), has quickly become the most critically acclaimed record of their career.
The album marks the first full release with new members Dave Hamilton (bass, cello) and Tony Bojorquez (drums), whose presence has helped shape the band’s most adventurous and cohesive sound yet. Across its tightly crafted “micro‑epics,” the record explores themes of memory, identity, aging, addiction, resilience and the human condition — all delivered with the band’s trademark blend of complexity and accessibility.
Frontman Ryan Rosoff describes the album as “a short, mind‑bending journey, like Musical DMT,” and tracks like “Catch and Release,” “Dawn Villa,” “Pass Through Filters,” “Kindness for Weakness,” and “Who’s Illegal?” showcase the band’s ability to shift from intimate reflection to bold social commentary with precision and heart.
Rooted in the American Southwest but shaped by global influences — from Rush and Porcupine Tree to Pink Floyd, Muse and Night Verses — Little King continue to evolve with confidence and creative fearlessness. With more than 65 songs penned by Rosoff, the band remain a staple for fans of art‑driven, progressive‑leaning rock.
As they look toward their next chapter, Little King are actively seeking a new label home and preparing for future touring, recording and expanded creative projects.
Lente Viviente (released Sept 26th, 2025) is available on digital platforms.
